AG100: more design, less complication!
Our medium-heavy-duty door hinges (AG100 family) are available in a new design. The new AG100 hinges are capless. The acetal resin bushings have been modified and now the bushing comes flush with the hinge.
The advantages of the new design
The new design makes it possible to:
- reduce the assembly time of the hinges, given the absence of caps;
- customise, on request, the bushing, for example by inserting the customer’s company name initial on the top.
Please note that the hinges of the AG100 family are subject to cyclic testing (200.000 cycles).
